Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and expand client relationships in the salmon aquaculture sector
Lead sales initiatives, from prospecting to deal closure
Collaborate with the technology team to tailor solutions
meeting client needs

Stay ahead of market trends and understand the competitive landscape
Work with the marketing team to develop collateral and raise awareness of Tidal products
Manage ongoing customer communications and updates

Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B sales of digital and/or hardware products, preferably in aquaculture or ocean-related industries
Deep understanding of the salmon farming industry.
Norwegian Language proficiency and willingness to live in Norway
Keen interest in visiting sea farms, hatcheries, processing plants and working with operation
leads in value generation through Tidal technology
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Passion for sustainability and ocean conservation
